About Lucabella
Education
As a presidential scholar, member of the university honors program, and nursing student at Thomas More University, Lucabella has a strong commitment to her education. In the future, she hopes to become a Registered Nurse in the mental health field. Lucabella has completed 112 hours of clinical in the mental health and gerontology units.
Advocacy
After losing her beloved grandpa to suicide, Lucabella’s dedication to mental health awareness and suicide prevention began at an early age. Her family decided to turn their pain into purpose and have helped to start the conversation about mental illness in their communities.
Opportunity
Lucabella has experienced the Miss America Opportunity working in her life as a change-agent for the past seven years. Starting in the teen division and now in her second year as a Miss delegate. Lucabella holds the title of Miss Northern Ohio 2025 and will compete for Miss Ohio in June of 2025.
